They scan the QR code, create their free account and enter their exact birth time: their thirty days begin.
Their exact birth time: the one detail to prepare
Their tailored reading is calculated to the minute: the rising sign changes sign about every two hours, and every house with it. You do not need to know it, they will enter it when they redeem the gift. But if you can, tell them where to find it: the full copy of their birth record, free in France from the town hall or on service-public.fr, their health record book, or their parents.
Christmas dates
For it to arrive before Christmas, order the letter by Thursday 17 December at the latest. It leaves by priority mail five days before the arrival day you choose; we suggest Wednesday 23 December. La Poste does not guarantee the exact day, but this margin covers its usual delays.

Can the letter be sent outside France?
No, the letter only goes to an address in France. For someone who lives elsewhere, the email option works anywhere: you receive the gift page as a PDF and forward it to them.
