Redeeming a gift: the code, your account, your birth time

What your gift opens

Thirty days of My Birth Chart+, exactly as if you had paid for them: unlimited questions to your chart with Vega, your tailored horoscope every morning, and a tailored PDF reading to compose during those thirty days, with Your 2027 suggested in advance.

You have nothing to pay, and nothing renews: at the end of the thirty days, your account becomes free again, with nothing for you to do. The PDFs you received stay in your account.

Redeeming, step by step

Take your letter and your phone, and check that you have your exact birth time to hand. It all takes a few minutes, on the redemption page.

1. Scan the letter’s QR code with your phone camera: the redemption page opens, with the code already filled in. Without the QR code, open the address printed on the letter and type the code, which starts with CIEL-.
2. The page shows you your gift: who it is for, who it is from, and its deadline. Create your free account, or sign in if you already have one: your code is kept on the device in the meantime.
3. Tick “I have my exact birth time” and say where it comes from: your birth record, your health record book, your parents, or something else.
4. Tap “Redeem my 30 days”: My Birth Chart+ opens at once, the end date appears, and an email confirms it.

The gift opens on your account, not on the device: once redeemed, you find it on your phone as on your computer, by signing in. The free account is created with nothing but your email address.

Your birth time, first of all

Your tailored reading is calculated to the minute: the rising sign changes sign about every two hours, and all your houses with it. That is why redeeming asks you to confirm that you have your exact time, not an estimate or a rounded hour remembered by someone in the family.

Don’t have it yet? Keep your letter: your gift waits for you until its deadline, and nothing is lost. The full copy of your birth record, free in France, carries it; the other sources are in finding your exact birth time.

After redeeming: where to start

Your account first suggests Your 2027: the coming year, read in your chart, from January to December. What this reading holds is detailed in Your 2027, the year reading; you can also choose another tailored reading, for yourself or for a loved one.

Then save your chart in your account and say “This is my chart”: your tailored horoscope is composed for it every morning, once you have switched it on. Then ask your questions, about love, work or the months ahead: your chart answers you, without limit for thirty days.

A gift in your name, in your account

The gift opens on the account of whoever redeems it: so it is up to you to do it, from your own account, and not the person who gave it to you. They see neither your questions, nor your horoscope, nor your PDFs: what you ask your chart stays between you and it.

Your letter stays yours: keep it, frame it if you feel like it. Once the code is redeemed it no longer works, and the gift page becomes a keepsake: the sky on the day you were born, with the message of the person who thought of you, and their first name under it.

If the code does not work

A refused code almost never means a lost gift. The redemption page tells you in plain words why it refuses it, and what to do in each case, so you are never left guessing:

• “This code does not exist”: check it on the letter, character by character; it starts with CIEL-.
• “This gift has already been redeemed”: each code works only once. If it was not you, write to us.
• The deadline has passed: write to us from the contact page, with your code; we will look into it with you.
