Your 2027: the reading of the year, from January to December
Your 2027 is a tailored reading that follows the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. It starts from the slow planets’ passages over your chart and from the year’s eclipses, all calculated by the site, then unfolds them month by month and answers the topics you choose. It is included in My Birth Chart+, like the other readings of the tailored PDF.
The calendar year, alongside your birthday year
The site already offers a reading of “your year” through the solar return: the chart of the Sun’s return to its birth position, read from one birthday to the next. It follows your personal cycle, which does not start in January.
Your 2027 follows everyone’s calendar: the one of diaries, business plans, new school years and holidays. It answers the question people ask at the end of December: what is the coming year preparing for me, and when? The two readings complement each other, and nothing stops you from reading both.
What the reading holds
The PDF comes in several parts, in this order, all written for your chart:
- The year at a glance: the climate of 2027 for you, the area of life most in play and the two or three periods that count most.
- The major cycles of the year: each passage of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto over a point of your chart, with its dates and exact hits, from January 1 to December 31.
- The 2027 eclipses in your chart: the house where each one falls, and the planets it touches closely.
- The year month by month: twelve months, with what opens, what tightens and what is getting ready.
- Your topics: the topics you chose, as in any tailored reading, read over the year.
- The synthesis: what to remember, and the levers to make use of it.
The dates in the reading come from the calculation: the windows of the slow transits (a one-degree orb) and the eclipses are calculated by the site on your exact chart, never estimated.
The sky of 2027, a few landmarks
Jupiter finishes its journey through Leo and enters Virgo on July 26, 2027. Saturn and Neptune stay in Aries all year, Uranus in Gemini, Pluto in Aquarius: the slow planets are steady, which gives the year’s big themes time to settle in. The details, sign by sign, are on the transits pages.
Jupiter forms a trine to Saturn, exact on April 3 and again on July 11. In June, the three slowest planets fall into step with one another: Uranus is sextile Neptune on June 6 and trine Pluto on June 15, and Neptune is sextile Pluto on June 28. On September 10, Jupiter in Virgo squares Uranus.
The year has five eclipses: an annular solar eclipse in Aquarius on February 6, a total solar eclipse in Leo on August 2, and three penumbral lunar eclipses (February 20, July 18 and August 17, in universal time). The dates and degrees are on the eclipses page; Your 2027 says which of them touch your chart.
The exact birth time, essential
The houses carry a large part of this reading: through them, an eclipse or a transit touches one area of life rather than another. Your 2027 therefore asks for the birth time to the minute, like every tailored reading. If you do not have it, the page on finding your exact birth time says where to look.
