What does My Birth Chart+ add to the free version?

Without paying anything, you already get a lot: the birth chart calculator with its wheel, placements and interpretations, the start of the express reading, five questions a week to your chart and the traditional horoscope for your sign. With a free account, you move up to ten questions a week, and your charts and conversations are kept.

My Birth Chart+ lifts the limit: you follow a transit week after week, come back to a decision, compare your chart with a loved one’s, without counting. The answers are deeper, and the morning horoscope is composed for your chart, not just for your sign. For the price of a written reading alone, you get the PDF and a month of unlimited questions.

How to subscribe to My Birth Chart+

You subscribe from the pricing page, where its card comes first. You also find it in the chat, once your free questions for the week are used up. The subscription needs a space, and the card says so before payment: signed in, it is filed in yours; otherwise, it opens one at the e-mail address you pay with.

1. Open the pricing page and find the My Birth Chart+ card, “Unlimited questions to your chart”.
2. Tick the terms and conditions box: you ask for the subscription to start upon payment. It is never ticked in advance.
3. Tap “Continue with My Birth Chart+ · €9.99 a month”, then pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with nothing to install.
4. Your questions are unlimited as soon as you pay. The “Welcome to My Birth Chart+” e-mail arrives with your invoice as a PDF and, if your space is new, the link to choose your password.

Have a discount code? Tap “Have a code?” on the card, just above the button: it applies to the first month, and the discount shows on the payment page.

Your unlimited questions, day to day

You ask your questions as before: on your chart’s page, or from the chat bubble at the bottom right of every page. On a compatibility chart, the conversation covers both your charts. Signed in to your space, your unlimited questions follow you on all your devices, and you pick up a conversation where you left it.

Unlimited means you stop counting, within personal use (a protective ceiling of forty questions a day and two hundred per thirty days). The most useful answers come from precise questions about what you are living through:

• “Saturn is crossing my Moon right now: what does it touch, and how do I get through it?”
• “What do our two charts say about the way we argue, and the way we make up?”
• “I am torn between two jobs: what in my chart can help me decide?”

Your personalized horoscope, every morning

The site calls it the tailored horoscope: every morning, an e-mail composed for your chart, from the day’s transits on your chart, what matters to you right now and the questions you ask your chart. It is never switched on by default: you turn it on yourself, once subscribed. Without a birth time, it follows your planets, without the Ascendant or the houses.

1. In your space, keep your chart and mark it with “This is my chart”: the horoscope is composed for it.
2. In the “Your tailored horoscope” section, tap “Get my tailored horoscope every morning”.
3. It arrives from the next morning. If you were getting your sign’s horoscope, it replaces it: one e-mail per morning.

The section keeps your choices at hand: “Stop using my questions”, “Get my sign’s horoscope instead” or “Stop my morning horoscope”; every e-mail can also be stopped in one click. All about the morning e-mail: the horoscope by e-mail.

The theme of the week, included in the subscription

Every week, a theme chosen around your interests, read in your chart: a PDF of 10 to 15 pages by email, at no extra cost. The choice follows your interests (your questions or the subjects you pick) and your transits of the week, and the personal part is composed from your exact chart. Your tailored PDF reading, included when you join

When you join, once only, My Birth Chart+ gives you a tailored reading: a 20 to 25-page PDF composed from your chart, your questions and your transits. You compose it from your space (“Compose my tailored reading”), for yourself or for a loved one, in which case your message goes on the first page.

You choose the reading (“Full reading”, “My year ahead”, “My relationship” or “My child”), the topics to explore, the style (“Plain language” or “For the initiated: degrees, aspects, orbs”) and, if you like, the calendar of your next twelve months. You need a chart with its birth time in “My charts”. The PDF arrives by e-mail and stays in “My orders”.

You have twelve months to compose it, even if you cancel in the meantime. Each extra one costs €6.99 while the subscription is active, like each written reading you order while signed in, for you or as a gift (instead of €9.99).

Where to manage your subscription in your space

Everything happens in the “My subscription” section of your space, which you open from “My account”. It shows the state of the subscription (active, cancellation scheduled or payment to settle), the next payment with its amount, and the tailored reading waiting for you. The buttons sit side by side:

• “Manage my subscription”: your invoices, your payment method, your billing name and address, on our payment provider’s page, then back to your space.
• “Cancel my subscription”: right next to it, just as visible, no detour.
• “Compose my tailored reading” and “Ask a question”, to go straight to what matters.
• “Update my card”: only when a payment did not go through.

Before the first renewal, an e-mail reminds you of its date and amount, with the link to cancel; after that, no monthly reminder. If a payment is declined, an e-mail asks you to update your payment method: your questions stay unlimited until the end of the month already paid, and carry on as soon as the payment goes through.

Cancelling My Birth Chart+: online, at any time

You cancel whenever you like, free of charge: from “My subscription”, from any e-mail about the subscription, or without signing in, with the “Cancel your subscription” link at the bottom of every page. The subscription stops at the end of the period already paid, and your questions stay unlimited until then.
