Step by step

How to cancel your My Birth Chart+ subscription, step by step

To cancel your My Birth Chart+ subscription, tap “Cancel my subscription” in your space, or “Cancel your subscription” at the bottom of any page of the site, without signing in. It is free of charge, possible at any time, and the subscription stops at the end of the period already paid, with a confirmation by e-mail.

Cancel your My Birth Chart+ subscription from your space

It is the shortest route if you are signed in: the subscription is already identified, and the page shows its end date straight away. The cancel button sits in the same section as the manage button, and is just as visible.

  1. Open your space from “My account”, then scroll down to the “My subscription” section.
  2. Tap “Cancel my subscription”, next to “Manage my subscription”.
  3. The summary appears: the subscription, the date it stops, and the line “Nothing else will be charged”.
  4. Tap “Confirm the cancellation”. The page answers “It is recorded”, with the end date, and a confirmation e-mail goes to the subscription’s address.

How to cancel without signing in

No password at hand, or on another device? The “Cancel your subscription” link is at the bottom of every page of the site. It leads to the cancellation page, which takes two steps and needs no sign-in.

One thing to know before you start: after you confirm, the page always shows the same answer, “If a My Birth Chart+ subscription is linked to this address, its cancellation is recorded”. That is deliberate: nobody can find out, by typing an address, whether it has an account or a subscription. The confirmation itself arrives by e-mail at the subscription’s address, with the end date.

  1. Step 1 of 2: enter your subscription’s e-mail address (the one of your space, or the one given at payment) and, if you wish, your name. Tap “Continue”.
  2. Step 2 of 2: check the summary. A typo? “Change the address” takes you back to the field.
  3. Tap “Confirm the cancellation”.

Nothing within a few minutes? Check the address you typed and your spam folder, try “Cancel with another address” if you have several, or write to us from the contact page. The address is only used to find the subscription: it is not kept.

Cancel from a subscription e-mail

Every My Birth Chart+ e-mail carries a link to cancel: the welcome e-mail, the reminder before the first renewal, the e-mail about a declined payment. That link opens the summary directly, with the subscription already identified and its end date: all that is left is to tap “Confirm the cancellation”. An old link may have expired: the page then simply asks for the subscription’s e-mail address.

What happens after you cancel My Birth Chart+?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you pay nothing more, and you enjoy what you paid for until the end. Until then, nothing changes: your questions stay unlimited, and your tailored horoscope keeps arriving every morning. In your space, the “My subscription” section shows “cancellation scheduled”, with the date.

On that date, your questions go back to the free account’s pace, ten questions a week, and the tailored horoscope stops. If you were getting the morning horoscope, your sign’s horoscope arrives again. No fees, no reason to give, no further charge.

The cancellation confirmation e-mail

Whichever route you take, the confirmation arrives by e-mail, with the subject “My Birth Chart+ cancellation: it is recorded”. It is the written record of your request, on a durable medium: keep it. It states:

  • The date the subscription stops, and that nothing else will be charged.
  • What stays the same until then: your questions stay unlimited.
  • What changes on that date: the free account’s pace, and the end of the tailored horoscope.
  • Your included tailored reading, if it is still to be composed, with its deadline.
  • The “Keep my subscription” button, if you change your mind before the end date.

No e-mail? Look in your spam folder: it goes to the subscription’s address, which may be the one you paid with rather than your usual address.

Changing your mind, or coming back later

Until the end date, nothing is lost: tap “Keep my subscription”, in the confirmation e-mail or in the “My subscription” section of your space. A page opens with a button to confirm, then the subscription carries on as before, renewed every month, and an e-mail confirms it.

After the end date, the subscription has ended and can no longer be resumed. To come back, simply start a new one from the pricing page: your space, your charts and your conversations are waiting for you. Everything it includes is set out in the help page on the subscription.

What happens to your space and your charts

Cancelling the subscription does not delete your account. Your space stays open, with your charts in “My charts”, your conversations, and your orders in “My orders”, where your PDFs remain available to download. The tailored reading included when you joined, if not yet composed, stays valid for twelve months from the date you joined, even after the subscription ends.

Deleting your account, on the other hand, also cancels the subscription, but erases your charts and your questions: it is final. If you only want to stop paying, cancel without deleting. For what comes next, see how to keep your chart and what the free account gives you.

Cancelling or withdrawing: what is the difference?

Cancelling stops the renewals: the current month is not refunded, but you enjoy it to the end. Withdrawing means going back on the subscription within fourteen days of joining, with a refund. Withdrawal does not go through the cancellation page: write to us from the contact page, or make any other unequivocal statement, for example with the model form in the terms and conditions of sale.

The refund covers the remaining days of the current month, using the payment method you used. A PDF already sent is not refunded: if your included tailored reading has already been sent, its value, the price of a written reading on its own (€9.99), is deducted from the refund. Monthly renewals do not open a new period: after those fourteen days, you cancel instead.

To cancel now, without signing in, the cancellation page only asks for your subscription’s e-mail address.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel My Birth Chart+ at any time?

Yes, at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, even a few days after joining. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your questions stay unlimited until then, and nothing more is charged after that.

Do I get a refund if I cancel My Birth Chart+?

Cancelling does not refund the current month: you enjoy it until it ends. Within fourteen days of joining, however, you can withdraw by writing to us: the current month is refunded pro rata for the remaining days, and a PDF already sent is not refunded.

How do I unsubscribe from My Birth Chart+ without signing in?

Tap “Cancel your subscription” at the bottom of any page of the site, enter the subscription’s e-mail address and, if you like, your name, then confirm the summary. A confirmation e-mail goes to the subscription’s address, with the end date.

Why doesn’t the page tell me whether my address has a subscription?

To protect your data: the page gives the same answer for every address, so that nobody can check who is subscribed. If a subscription exists, the confirmation e-mail reaches its address; if not, check the address you typed and your spam folder, or write to us.

Do I lose my charts if I cancel?

No. Your space stays open, with your charts, your conversations and your PDFs. Only deleting your account erases them: it also cancels the subscription, but to simply stop paying, cancelling is enough.

How do I undo a My Birth Chart+ cancellation?

Before the end date, tap “Keep my subscription” in the confirmation e-mail or in the “My subscription” section of your space, then confirm. The subscription carries on, renewed every month, and an e-mail confirms it. After the end date, you need to start a new one.
