How our texts are written
Every text on My Birth Chart rests on four supports: astrological knowledge, feedback from our readers, the best AI models guided by your exact chart, and the knowledge of our team. Here is what each one brings, which of our texts are written and which are composed for you, and what we refuse to write.
Four supports, one standard
A good astrology text says something true about a precise chart, in a language you want to read. To hold that standard across thousands of pages and across every reading composed for one person, My Birth Chart leans on four things at once, each correcting the others.
Astrological knowledge gives the substance: what a planet in a sign, an aspect, a house or a transit means. Readers’ feedback corrects and refines. The AI models we choose, among the most advanced of the moment, compose the texts that must fit one chart in particular. And our team holds the voice, the method and the rules of the site.
- Astrological knowledge: the Western tradition, in the tropical zodiac, from positions calculated to the arc minute.
- Readers’ feedback: every suggested correction and every flagged answer is read and can change a text.
- The best AI models: for readings composed from your exact chart, never to invent a position.
- The team’s knowledge: the voice of the site, its rules, and the choice of what we write and what we refuse.
Astrological knowledge first, and exact calculations
Everything starts from the sky, calculated rather than copied. The positions of the Sun, the Moon and the planets come from astronomical ephemerides, accurate to about one arc minute, converted using the time zone and daylight saving time in force on the day you were born; the houses are cast for your exact place. The details are on the page how accurate the calculation is.
On that sky rests the tradition: the planets, the signs, the houses, the aspects and the transits each have an established meaning, which the site’s encyclopedia sets out in both languages, page by page. That knowledge then guides every composed text: an AI model never decides what Saturn square Sun means, it starts from what the site says about it.
Readers’ feedback changes the texts
On every interpretation page you can select a passage and suggest a correction: a clumsy phrasing, a missing nuance, a mistake. Each suggestion reaches the team, who check it on the page and against the facts (the ephemerides, the tradition) before applying it. The guide is on the page suggesting a correction.
Under every answer from Véga and under every reading, a report does the same for composed texts: an imprecise answer, or one that misread a position, is reviewed, and what we learn from it goes into the rules given to the model. Your feedback does more than improve one page: it improves the way all the following ones are written.
The best AI models, guided by your chart
Some texts cannot be written in advance, because they only exist for you: the instant reading of your chart, Véga’s answers to your questions, the tailored reading as a PDF, the tailored morning horoscope and, since November 2026, the text of each sign’s daily horoscope. Those are composed by the most advanced AI models we can choose, and we switch models when a better one appears.
A model never works alone or from memory. It receives your exact chart calculated by the site, the transits of the moment, the encyclopedia’s texts on your positions, and strict rules: start from the facts, never invent a position, a degree or a date, describe climates and levers and never events, keep to a respectful tone, stay away from health. Every composed text then goes through a check: the positions it names are compared to your chart, and a sentence that gets one wrong is removed before you read it.
Wherever a text is composed for you, the site says so right where you read it: under Véga’s input field, on a reading’s card, above the payment button.
The knowledge of the My Birth Chart team
The My Birth Chart team practises astrology and reads it every day on real charts. The team writes the encyclopedia, chooses the words of the site, sets what a text may say and what it must never say, and writes the rules the models follow. The voice is the same everywhere: warm, precise, honest, turned towards what you can do with what the sky shows.
That knowledge also shows in the technical choices: the tropical zodiac, Placidus houses, the true node, the mean Lilith, the orbs the site keeps for each aspect, the way a solar return or a slow transit is read. Each choice is explained on its page, so you can compare with another source and understand a difference instead of suffering it.
What you can check yourself
A text is worth the facts it connects. Calculate your free birth chart and open the table of positions: every planet is given there to the degree and the minute, along with its house and its aspects. A text composed for you only quotes those positions; if a sentence named another, the check would have removed it. To read the wheel and the table, follow the guide to the chart wheel.
You can also compare: open the encyclopedia page for one of your positions, then ask Véga what she makes of it for you. The page gives the general meaning, the answer ties it to the rest of your chart; the two must hold together. When they don’t, tell us: that is exactly the feedback that helps us.
What our texts never do
Whatever their origin, written or composed, our texts follow the same limits. They fit in a few lines, and every model receives them word for word.
- No event prediction: no “you will meet”, no “you will receive”; climates, dynamics, levers.
- No diagnosis or advice that is medical, psychological, legal or financial.
- No superstition: no danger, no curse, no bad aspect; a tension is a resource to tame.
- No invented position: only those of your chart and of the day’s sky, calculated by the site.
- No promise about an outcome: a text sheds light on a decision, it does not take it for you.
Calculate your chart: every text you read afterwards starts from that chart, to the minute.
