Find your past astrology questions: ask Vega what you asked her before
Signed in to your free account, simply ask Vega “What did I ask about my work last week?”: she searches your saved conversations, by topic or by period, rereads the one that answers and tells you, without making anything up. It works as long as you keep your history, and everything can be deleted or stopped from your space.
How do you ask Vega what you asked her before?
Vega, the site’s astrology chat, can reread your past conversations, on one condition: being signed in to your space, and a free account is enough. No need to look for the right day or the right section: ask the way you would ask someone who knows you, “What did you tell me about Saturn?” or “We talked about my work last week, remember?”.
While she searches, a line in the panel, written by the site, says what she is doing: “Looking through your conversations…”, then “Rereading that conversation…”. The answer follows, in the language of your question: what you had asked, what she had answered, and when. She sticks to what was written.
- Sign in to your space, on whichever device you like: your saved conversations follow you there.
- Open Vega from any page, with the round button at the bottom right of the screen.
- Ask your question naming a topic, a period, or both: “What did I ask about Hugo in September?”.
- Read the answer, then keep going: the conversation keeps the thread.
Say a period the way you would say it: “last week”, “in September”, “this summer”. The more precise your question, the faster Vega finds the right conversation.
By topic or by period: how Vega finds a conversation
Vega searches first, then reads. To search, she takes a few words from your question (“work”, “Hugo”, “full moon”) and looks for them in your conversations: their title, their summary, your questions and her answers, and the area each one is about (love, work, money, family, your path, a period, astrology). For a period, she only keeps the conversations held between two dates. The two combine: work, last week.
She gets a short list, those closest to your question first, each with its title, its two-sentence summary, its dates and its first question. She picks the one that answers and rereads its latest exchanges. If nothing matches, she tells you so, without making anything up, and you rephrase with another word or another period.
- “What did I ask about my work last week?”
- “What did you tell me about Saturn?”
- “The last time we talked about Hugo, what did you see between us?”
- “You told me about the full moon in October: does it still hold with my transits this month?”
Only the conversations your space keeps
Vega only rereads what your space keeps: the questions asked while signed in, as long as you keep your history. Without an account, the conversation lives in your browser tab: Vega follows its thread from one question to the next, as Vega keeps the thread explains, but she has no past conversation to search.
Some questions are never there: a question about health, pregnancy, bereavement, legal proceedings or money to invest gets a reply from the site pointing you to a professional, and it is not kept. And if you have chosen “Stop keeping my questions”, Vega has nothing left to reread: she simply tells you so.
What Vega also knows about your space
Signed in, Vega can also look at your space when your question is about it: “Which of my charts have you kept?”, “How many questions do I have left?”. The line in the panel says so (“Looking at your space…”, “Looking at your charts…”, “Looking at your readings…”). Here is what she can read there:
- Your saved charts: each one’s first name, which one is yours, its Sun, Moon and Ascendant, and whether its birth time is known; never a date or place of birth (saving a chart).
- Your subscription to My Birth Chart+: active or not, renewing or not, and until when.
- Your questions: unlimited, or how many you have left this week.
- Your horoscope and your alerts: whether your tailored horoscope goes out every morning or is waiting for you to say which chart is yours, and whether your transit alerts are on (the horoscope by e-mail).
- Your readings: the written readings you ordered, their date, who they are for, and whether the PDF is waiting in your space.
The PDF of a written reading is downloaded from your space: when you ask for it, Vega offers you the page, with a button under her answer.
What Vega never does for you
Vega reads your space, she writes nothing in it. She changes no setting, saves no chart, never says “This is my chart” for you, neither turns on nor stops your horoscope or your alerts, and deletes no question. You do these things yourself, in your space: when one of them answers your request, she offers you the page, with a button the site builds under her answer, never a link she would write.
What she never sees: your e-mail address, your payments and their references, the date, time and place of birth behind your charts. She receives the placements calculated by the site, never your birth details or those of the people close to you.
Delete, stop the history or turn memory off
Memory and rereading are not the same thing. Memory works on its own: when a new question joins a past question about the same chart, Vega makes the link, and a line under the answer says so (“Your chart remembers: you talked about it on …”). Rereading only happens when you ask for it. The privacy policy details what is kept, and for how long.
Both are managed under “My questions” in your space, at any time: what Vega can reread, you see there, and you delete it whenever you want.
- “Delete” removes one question and its answer: Vega will not reread it.
- “Delete my whole history” removes all your questions, after confirmation, along with the titles and summaries of your conversations.
- “Stop keeping my questions” turns the history off: your next questions are no longer kept, and Vega has nothing left to reread. The questions already kept stay visible in “My questions”, for you to delete if you wish.
- “Turn memory off” stops the links your chart makes on its own with your past questions.
“My conversations” or Vega: where to find a question?
In your space, “My conversations” files every exchange, named and summed up, most recent first: “Search my conversations” finds a word, a first name or a planet, and “Continue” picks a conversation up where you left it. It is the right path to reread a whole conversation.
Asking Vega helps when you want the answer without leaving the page you are on, or want to cross it with today’s sky: she rereads what she told you, then fetches your transits or your chart (how Vega calculates for you). A question about your past conversations counts like any other: ten a week with a free account, unlimited with My Birth Chart+. The rest of the chat is described in Vega’s step-by-step guide.
Sign in to your space, then ask Vega what you asked her before: a topic, a period, and she finds the conversation that answers.
